Location, Location, Location

 

The apartment is situated on the third floor of an imposing building (with lift) and the Buffa farmers' market and a supermarket are just across the road. It goes without saying that the immediate area is full of restaurants, cafés, bakers and all manner of small shops.

The Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean, which can be glimpsed from the small balcony, are just 2 minutes walk away.

It is just on the edge of the Carré d'Or, the most sought-after area of Nice. 100 metres to the east and you'd be paying €100K more!

There is no garage, but we have a rented garage a few minutes walk away which you could take over. In fact, we hardly ever use the car; everything of interest is "walkable". There is also a great public transport service and a local bus will take you from the doorstep to the airport in about 15 minutes.
